Welcome to the Adorable Paws Havanese!
On the following pages we, the Family Krueger, would like to offer you an insight into our small kennel in the heart of our hometown Paderborn and introduce you to our beloved breed Havanese.
To us our dogs are an important part of our lives. They are our constant companions. Outdoor excursions or trips to the city, our dogs are always with us.
Havanese are very smart and learn fast. They are well-balanced, friendly dogs with a lovely temperament and ever high spirits. Best dogs for families, they take all hearts by storm!
We are breeding Havanese under the internationally registered kennel name “Adorable Paws (of)” in accordance to the FCI standard as a member of the Toy Dog Club Ebern (CdK). The CdK belongs to the umbrella organization Belgian Kennel Club, which was founded in 1908 and thus can look back on a long history in breeding.
Since August 2016, we are also working voluntary as a breeder warden/counselor for our club. That means we for example offer assistance to new breeders, carry out breeding permission exams and approve litters.
Besides the proof of dog competence acc. to §11 of the federal state law of keeping dogs (LHundG) North Rhine-Westphalia, examined by the vetenarian, we also have the required qualification/proof of competence for dog keeping/breeding in accordance with §11 of the animal protection law (TierSchG), examined by the district veterinary office Guetersloh, recognised by the state office for nature, environment and consumer protection (LANUV) North Rhine-Westphalia.
Our dogs are most importantly family members, therefore we only plan a few selected litters. Right now we are actually taking a break from breeding. It is uncertain when or rather whether we continue at all. More info can be found here: Our blog. We will still leave our website online because we hope with this website we can spark your interest for this charming breed.
